These general conditions of sale apply to the purchase agreement relating to any purchase of products (hereinafter "Products") made through the e-commerce site www.vinobios.com (hereinafter the "Site") by users qualifying as "Consumers or Customers".
Each purchase is governed by the following general conditions of sale in the version that will be published on the Site at the time the order is sent by the Consumer. The Consumer who accesses the Site to make purchases is required, before sending the order, to carefully read these General Conditions that have been made available to him on the Site and which will be available for consultation at any time by the Consumer.
The purchase made through the Site implies for the User full knowledge and acceptance without reservation of the General Conditions of Sale.

Description of the initiative and consumer information

The product catalog can be periodically updated by the Seller, who, therefore, does not provide any guarantee regarding the permanence of a product among those available online; in no case does the Seller guarantee the availability of all the Products in the catalog.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time, at its discretion, without the need to provide any notice to users of the Site. Any changes made will be effective from the date of publication on the Site and will apply only to sales. concluded from that date.
1. How to purchase
To purchase the Products, the Customer must complete and send the order form in electronic format, following the instructions contained on the Site. The Customer must add the Product to the "Cart" and, after having read the General Conditions and the Policy of Privacy and confirmed their acceptance, must enter the shipping data, select the desired payment method and confirm the order.
When the Customer has selected all the products he intends to purchase, he can close his cart. You will be directed to a summary page of the products you have selected, their price and relative shipping costs. He will then be asked to proceed with the payment to forward the order. Sending the order from the Site has the value of a contract proposal.
If the procedure is successful, the Customer will automatically receive an e-mail of receipt of the order which, however, does not constitute acceptance of his purchase proposal, but only confirms that the order has been received and will be subjected to the process of verification of availability of the products requested by him.

2. Quantity, prices and payment

All products are packed with the necessary precautions to receive maximum protection against shocks and sudden changes in temperature.
The price of the Products is that indicated on the Site at the same time as the Consumer sends the order. The prices include standard packaging costs, VAT (if applicable) and any indirect taxes (if applicable), while they do not include (i) shipping costs which are calculated prior to the confirmation of the order sent by the Seller to the Consumer and that the Consumer himself undertakes to pay to the Seller in addition to the price indicated on the Site.
In the event that a Product is discounted, the discount percentage, the original or ordinary price and the final price are indicated. The discount (through discount codes) does not apply to the amount of shipping costs.
The price of each individual product is indicated in its presentation form and is intended per kg net (i.e. net of preserving liquid and packaging), including VAT, excluding shipping charges.
In case of stock depletion or unavailability of the ordered product, Azienda Agricola Vitivinicola Biologica "Scorziello Ianniello" of Scorziello Maria Rosaria undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and to specify a deadline for availability. The Customer will confirm his choice by e-mail, i.e. wait for the availability of the Product or request a refund.

5. Right of withdrawal
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason. To this end, the consumer must send communication by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to: Azienda Agricola Vitivinicola Biologica "Scorziello Ianniello" di Scorziello Maria Rosaria Via G.Giuliani, 62, 84069 - Roccadaspide (SA) - Italy, to be sent peremptorily within ten days from receipt of the goods (the postmark is valid).
It will not be possible to apply the right of withdrawal for purchases by consumers with VAT in any reason / cause.
The notice of withdrawal must contain: the indication of the items with respect to which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the Order Number with the confirmation of the purchase, the identification data (name, surname / company name, address, telephone, e- mail), bank details (bank, current account holder, IBAN code) for the refund of the purchase amount.
Following the receipt of the recommended Azienda Agricola Vitivinicola Biologica "Scorziello Ianniello" of Scorziello Maria Rosaria. will contact the Consumer and provide him with all the necessary instructions for returning the goods, which must be carried out at the expense of the Consumer, by courier of his choice, no later than ten working days from the withdrawal authorization.

Once the integrity of the returned product has been verified, the Azienda Agricola Vitivinicola Biologica "Scorziello Ianniello" of Scorziello Maria Rosaria will reimburse the Consumer for the entire amount paid for the products referred to in the Contract of Sale subject to withdrawal, no later than more than 30 days from receipt of the same. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the coordinates indicated by the Consumer and will correspond to the value of the goods resulting from the invoice. The above amount will not include shipping costs in accordance with art. 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999.
If the Consumer violates, in whole or in part, the provisions dictated in the matter of withdrawal from these General Conditions, the Sales Agreement will remain valid and effective and the "Azienda Agricola Vitivinicola Biologica "Scorziello Ianniello" of Scorziello Maria Rosaria will return to the Consumer the products unduly returned, charging the latter the relative shipping costs.
6. Complaints
Complaints for non-compliance of the Product (s) delivered with the order must be sent in writing directly to Azienda Agricola Vitivinicola Biologica "Scorziello Ianniello" of Scorziello Maria Rosaria, immediately after receipt of the goods by writing to the e-mail address: vinobios@tin.it
